Event description

The speaker combines three key roles – manager, coach and psychometrics consultant. He will show you how to combine these perspectives in practice and use them to select the right candidates and identify talent.
It will present specific examples from practice, tips for formulating a recruitment advertisement, motivating and placing the right candidate in the right place in the team.
You’ll bring deeper insight to your work, a better understanding of the personality traits of prospective employees, cost savings and simplified decision making.
During the meeting, we will also discuss the topic further together in smaller groups and share our experiences. Of course, networking and the opportunity to make new industry contacts is a must!
