Event description

The Information Technology Administration of the City of Pilsen will again participate in the Pilsen celebrations of the establishment of the Republic. As part of this event, SIT Port has prepared three guided tours of the modern and unique technology park TechTower. The tours will take place at 9:00, 10:30 and 13:00. The capacity of one tour is 20 people and the duration is approximately 45 minutes. Tours are free, but you must register for the tour in advance.

Participants of the first two tours will be treated toa special program directed by SIT Drones at the end of the tour. You will see drones and other equipment used by Pilsen specialists in missions with the Integrated Rescue System (IRS) to save lives, protect property, assist in fires or traffic accidents. An aerial demonstration of the machines and applications will be prepared, and the most courageous will be able to try piloting small drones themselves. If you have already taken a tour of the technology park and are interested in the activities of Pilsen drone operators, come at 9:00 am for the drone show.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Pilsen drones, SITMP offers a large-scale exhibition “10 years of Pilsen drones” in front of the TechTower. The exhibition describes ten years of the SIT drone unit’s work within the integrated rescue system, inspection work, research and development of applications or training of new drone operators.

Visitors to TechTower can also use their free time by visiting the SeedUp Space on the 6th floor, where they can enjoy delicious coffee and small snacks.
