Event description

The City of Pilsen and the Pilsen Region, under the auspices of the Crime Prevention Department of the Ministry of the Interior, together with experts in the field of security systems, are organising a professional conference “Security and Crime Prevention 2024” with the subtitle “Intelligent Technologies for Ensuring Security in Public and Non-Public Space”.

The aim of the conference is to introduce participants to the latest trends in modern technologies aimed at comprehensive security solutions for cities, hospitals, schools and the private sector. Attendees will learn about new trends (including AI) as well as current security topics such as NIS2, soft target protection and best practice examples from different environments. The presentations are complemented by thematic workshops aimed at showcasing individual technologies.

The conference is completely free of charge and is intended for a wide professional audience – mainly representatives of local governments, crime prevention managers of counties and municipalities, city and municipal police officers, security managers of hospitals and schools as well as the commercial sector and other security experts.
